Experienced Specialist in Digestive Health and Complementary therapies including Sound Healing. I have carried out over 20,000 Colonics in the past 16 years! My experience has given me an amazing insight and knowledge of how the gut is the key to both mental and physical health and well being. The treatments I offer to those suffering with digestive issues and for clients wanting to have optimum health through preventative measures....after all you would service and mot your car regularly so why not your body! No energy, lethargy, not getting enough miles to the gallon in your tank...little or no motivation on some days feeling like you are treading in treacle or you have a head that feels like its filled with fog....does that sound like you? Have you ever felt like that either all the time or just some of the time? Of course you may have digestive issues such as bloating after instantly eating something...thank god for elastic! or skin issues and find that losing weight is a permanent headache. These are all issues and more besides that can either be diminished or just eliminated by paying attention to your gut health. When I treat a client we start at the bottom...no pun intended! and work with you holistically looking at your complete health not just symptoms in isolation. Resetting your gut microbiome (gut bacteria) is the key and results are usually seen very quickly with improvements in:

Some of the treatments I offer include: Colon Hydrotherapy with Probiotic Implants where I implant the gut with 28 billions of live probiotic bacteria containing beneficial bacteria and Coffee Enemas which is a special coffee infused during the treatment which is great for cleansing the liver. Following the incredibly sad news of James Van Der Beek’s passing, it feels more important than ever to talk about Bowel Cancer awareness.

Bowel cancer can affect anyone, and early symptoms are often subtle.

Changes in bowel habits - such as persistent diarrhoea or constipation, blood in your stool, unexplained abdominal pain, or ongoing bloating should never be ignored.

Hi, I’m Helen O’Brien – otherwise known as The Colonics Queen!

I am the founder of the Complete Health Clinic which is a complementary therapies clinic that genuinely cares about people and their health, which is at the heart of everything I do. The Complete Health Clinic is me! I specialise in Colonic Hydrotherapy (also known as Colonic Irrigation) and complimentary therapies such as Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Natural Rejuvenation Facials, Cupping, Reflexology, and Lymphatic Drainage to name a few! I have over 11 years’ experience working in spas and clinics in the North West and to many of my clients, I am known as the 4th Emergency Service! I am the number one in number twos!
