Just a little reminder: every child deserves a treat, but it’s important to avoid frequent snacking on sugary foods as this can lead to cavities.

✔️ Try to keep treats to after tea
✔️ Always brush your child’s teeth last thing at night
✔️ Spit, don’t rinse – leave the toothpaste on the teeth for maximum protection
