Join us for our Bumps & Babies Community Morning, a beautifully curated event designed for mums-to-be and mums, with your little ones welcome too (from newborn up to crawling).

Friday 15th May
11:30am – 1:30pm

Expect a gentle prenatal & postnatal Pilates session to support your body through motherhood, followed by coffee, connection, and time to unwind with like minded women in a relaxed, welcoming space. We’ll also be giving you the chance to explore their babywear collection in person.

What are you thankful for? As we’ve spent time this Easter weekend spending time with family and friends we’ve taken a minute to just think about how grateful we are for our community and how well you’ve received the second studio we have made for you, behind closed doors at time it wasn’t easy but we are SO grateful for the community that joins us each & every day, if you haven’t tried a class yet we’d love you to come and take one of our offers to enjoy a class and see what a beautiful space we have created! 🤍
