I am a health psychologist who has worked with children, and adults for the past 10 years. As a freelancer my work spreads across the NHS, in private practice and local health centers. I believe that health psychology has much to offer individuals, families and communities. We all need some space with time to reflect on wellbeing and health psychology provides a framework to help us do this. I welcome any enquiries about the work I do so please get in touch.
