Cutting Corners Mitre Makers Ltd is a company that produces solutions for the Flooring Industry. Our Patented Clean Air Room System has been approved by Tarkett UK part of the largest global manufacturer of vinyl.The Trimitre can also be used in the Paint and Coatings Industry and replaces poor practice such as hacking pieces of cove former or using filler. We are the only Company in the World who can produce a uniform and consistent radius in Clean Rooms.We comply with all the regulatory bodies standards and requirements.We recommend that only vinyl is used in all nine ISO classifications(1-9)and all four ISO grades(A,B,C and D).The vinyl we prefer is phthalate free and where clean air is essential has undetectable VOC emissions. These granted patents are on the ISO .Patent Database Number 142-143 18/04/2012 and Number 121 31/07/12 both governed by ISO.TC209 and relating to ISO 14644-4 Design and Build. ISO 14644-4 is currently under review and we have asked TC/209 under the Common Patent Policy that our solution is considered. We have also registered and hold WIPO Design Registrations on our Internal and External Floormitres distributed by Quantum QPSL Ltd. They offer strength, support ,consistency and uniformity to the vinyl in cap and cove installations. Cap and Cove is used in Hospitals, Surgeries, Labs, Wet rooms,Disabled toilets etc. We also have access to our superb Installation team who recently conducted a Clean Room Course at our permanent exhibition at SYR Ltd, Lye Stourbridge.
