After an incredible first run, Great Harwood Rovers F.C is launching their second Men v Fat 12-week fitness and weight loss programme, starting Wednesday 23 April at 6PM – and it’s totally FREE!

Great Harwood Rovers F.C have launched a fantastic FREE initiative, kindly funded by Fort Vale Engineering LTD - MEN v FAT.

It's a 12 week programme to improve men's health with food and nutrition advice from X-PERT Health, a friendly and supportive environment, and fitness for all levels.

The first class is Wednesday 29th January at 6.15pm and there are just 20 FREE places available.

Real Results: Our new audit data highlights significant weight loss and wellbeing improvements for participants of the X-PERT Weight & Wellbeing Programme.

The 2024 audit results confirm the programme’s impact:

👉Weight Loss: Participants reduced body weight by an average of 4.2kg at 3 months, 5.4kg at 6 months, and 6.3kg at 12 months.
👉Waist Circumference: Average reductions of 6.7cm at 3 and 6 months, increasing to 8.0cm at 12 months.
👉Sustainable Change: Over 60% of participants achieved more than 5% weight loss by 12 months.
