Pilates with Alexis is a class suitable for beginners to the more established Pilates participant. It will allow you to develop and progress through the different Pilates movements at your own pace. This class will allow you to improve your endurance and strength, flexibility and posture, and can help with chronic injuries and weight loss. About Alexis:
I have worked as a trained Pilates instructor for 2 years through APPI. I work as an exercise specialist within the health and fitness industry and have done so for over 14 years. Delivering condition specific exercise sessions for back pain, MS, Parkinsons Disease and Cardiac Rehab along with fitness based classes. Pilates classes:

Drop in sessions are 5 pound and there are discounts for block bookings. Mats and other equipment will be provided with the opportunity to purchase all equipment used in the classes.
