Variety is said to be the spice of life but at times, the degree or frequency of change can feel an all-encompassing, destabilising swell. How do we ease the cumulative effect of daily demands and ease our excessive reactions to the tumultuous challenges that the world around us may present?
This course will explore yoga asana, breathing and meditation practices that help anchor through change and build resilience around a more buoyant approach to living. It will blend aspects of yin and myofascial release, gentle dynamic practice and restorative yoga x
