• A small ball (tennis ball or massage ball)
• A table or your lap
🟢 STEP BY STEP:
1️⃣ Place your forearm on the table, palm facing down
2️⃣ Put the ball underneath your forearm
3️⃣ Gently lean your weight into the ball (no need to force it)
4️⃣ Slowly roll up and down from wrist towards elbow
5️⃣ When you find a tender spot… pause and hold for 20–30 seconds
6️⃣ Breathe slowly and let the muscle soften
7️⃣ Turn your palm up and repeat on the other side
⏱️ Do this for 2–3 minutes each arm
