Love Yoga Bringing yoga to the work place, yoga @ home & offering pregnancy yoga. Group & private classes. Beginners are encouraged to make contact and give it a go!

We are each as unique as is our yoga practise - embrace your practise, love it, befriend it, accept it. Love yoga is for all student levels, especially welcoming beginners into the love of yoga. My teaching style is relaxed and classes often involve a element of fun whilst developing the fundamentals of alignment and awareness of the practice. I aspire to share my passion and love of yoga with students, whilst sharing some of yoga philosophy and creating a nourishing, positive environment. I set up Love Yoga as I believe yoga is for everyone and when taught the fundamentals, students can go on to develop their own personal practice with confidence and enthusiasm. I offer yoga in the workplace for stress relief, ashtanga vinyasa and pregnancy yoga in a group or 1:1 setting. Please call or DM if interested. Namaste

These weekend I got the pleasure of starting the weekend by holding space for a beautiful group of women welcoming the solstice in with some intention setting, movement and sound. Today, I hit a wall. The constant buzz of notifications, the endless to-do list, the pull of screens—it all felt like too much. So instead of pushing through, I did something radical… I rested.

A midday nap wasn’t part of the plan, but my body (and mind) needed it. And you know what? The world kept turning. Sometimes, the best thing we can do is pause, unplug, and give ourselves permission to just be.

If you’re feeling drained, this is your reminder: rest isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.
