Hope you all had a lovely Christmas and a gentle start to January.
I’ll be back at work next week. January bodies are definitely feeling the festive excess, so I’ll be easing people back into feeling lighter and more comfortable again.
This before & after is from a client I worked with last summer who was dealing with IBS pain and bloating.
I used manual lymphatic drainage, which is a very gentle, slow massage that helps move excess fluid and support digestion. Even after just one session they felt a big difference.
One session can help, but for longer-lasting results it’s usually recommended to have a short course of 4–6 sessions, especially when dealing with ongoing bloating or discomfort.
