Black Friday Gift Voucher Sale-Terms & Conditions
1. Availability
•Black Friday Gift Vouchers are available from 28/11/25 at 9:00am until 30/11/25 at 9:00pm.
•This is a limited-time offer. Once the sale ends, the bonus values will no longer be available.
2. Voucher Value Structure
•Bonus value has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
3. How to Purchase
• To purchase, please DM or WhatsApp: 07432 206923.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
• Vouchers will be posted or available for collection on an agreed date and time.
4. Expiry & Validity
•Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
•Expiry dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
•Vouchers must be presented at the appointment to be redeemed.
5. Gifting Options
•You may choose to:
a) Use the full value as one voucher, or
b) Split the voucher to gift part of it.
•Clear instructions must be given at the time of purchase. Changes cannot be made afterward.
6. Format & Collection
•All vouchers are physical copies.
•They can be collected from the studio or posted
•The studio is not responsible for delays or loss caused by postal services.
7. Usage Restrictions
•Vouchers can be used for any treatment unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Vouchers can be used to purchase Murad retail products.
• Vouchers cannot be used to buy other gift vouchers, or future promotions (unless specified).
•Cannot be combined with other discounts/offers.
8. Booking Policy
•Appointments are subject to availability, booking in advance is recommended.
•Standard cancellation policy applies. Missed appointments or late cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the voucher being redeemed.
9. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
•Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
•Vouchers may be gifted but cannot be resold or advertised for resale.
10. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
•Please treat vouchers like cash.
•Lost, damaged, or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
