What a week! The 1st of our 'Gather, Eat & Move' special Community Lunches, funded by Manchester City Council Age Friendly Manchester Team & Wythenshawe Community Housing Group. Free healthy food, nutrition and hydration information, recipes and fruity giveaways.

Finishing with Rhythms of Wellness: Drumming for Community Health in Greater Manchester, funded by the National Lottery's Community Fund. Everyone was buzzing!

Today was the 1st of our 'Gather, Eat & Move' special Healthy Eating Community Lunches, funded by Manchester City Council Age Friendly Manchester Team & Wythenshawe Community Housing Group . Today's 😋 delicious, nutritious menu was proteins: roast🍗, tuna,🥚+ colourful 🥗 'bar'. Giveaways: fruit/recipes/ice cube tray.

is celebrated annually on 2 Aug. It's a day to celebrate the joy of colouring, enjoyed by children and adults, alike. We had four colouring books with pens to give away in our free raffle at our Community lunch today. Here are two of our chuffed winners. Happy, relaxing colouring to them!

We've had a fab time in Chester today on our coach trip. Some Members have been on a river boat, an open-bus tour, shopping or chillin 😎 out, watching the world go by! Thanks Co-op & for supporting us as a Local Community Fund cause and helping us keep costs low.

Here we are, earlier today, enjoying our co-hosted community ☕ morning at the award-winning Pioneer House High School 🍓🦊 Café. The students (and their tutor, Emma) do a fantastic job of running the café and being baristas. It's a real treat for our Members each Thursday (term-time). Great 🥐too! 👏😋
