Dear Patients, We have turned our triage form off this morning as we have a GP off sick, we are ensuring we go through all of the triage forms and if we can turn triage back on today we will do so. Please accept our apologies for this.

If you need urgent attention that cannot wait please contact Hawthorne Walk in Centre on 0161 220 6080, you can also complete (their) online form via their website, alternatively call 111 for advice.

Dear Patients,
The practice phone lines and patient triage will be closed Wednesday 25th June from 1pm for staff training and they will be back on at Thursday 26th June at 8am. Our calls will be diverted to Mastercall our out of hours provider during this time.
We will still be open for prebooked appointments.

Dear Patients. Our wonderful Queen of front reception Tracy had a very special birthday yesterday - we are having a quick garden party with her for lunch, cake and singing happy birthday. Reception will still be open but our phones will be through to master-call from 1pm - 2pm just to give us time to celebrate with Tracy. Thanks Sylvia and team x

We have sent our invites for the Covid spring vaccine, appointments are available across April for those who are eligible including:

-Adults aged 75 years and over, including those who will turn 75 years old by 17 June 2025
-Residents in a care home for older adults
-People aged 6 months and over with a weakened immune system who are at a greater risk from severe illness

If you have received an invite please contact reception to book this in.
If you are eligible but have not received an invite, please contact reception.

Dear Patients,

As you know there are a lot of respiratory illnesses circulating at present, we have had a number of staff off in recent weeks with one or more of these illnesses and we now have another staff member off this week, as such we are asking all patients who enter the building but especially those that have a respiratory illness to wear a mask, this simply ensures that we are looking after both staff and patients.
