International Women’s Day 💜

Today I celebrate the incredible women I work with through hypnotherapy — the brave souls doing the inner work, healing their minds and stepping back into their power.

But the most important little woman in my world is my daughter, Bella. ✨

Being her mummy is my greatest gift. I adore watching her grow, learning who she is, seeing her confidence bloom and her beautiful mind explore the world. Every day she reminds me just how powerful, curious and capable girls truly are.

My work helping people calm their minds and believe in themselves matters even more because of her. I want Bella to grow up seeing women support each other, rise together and know their worth.

Watching her grow into the woman she will become is the greatest privilege… and I’m so proud to walk beside her every step of the way. 💜

Here’s to strong women, brave healing, and the little girls who inspire us to keep becoming better.

Today is International Women’s Day 💜✨

And honestly… where would the world be without women?
Probably still looking for the remote control… that’s sitting right in front of them. 😉

Today I’m celebrating the women who shape my world in the most powerful ways.

💜 My mum — my constant, my safe place, my quiet strength. The woman who somehow always knows the right thing to say… even when I didn’t want to hear it at the time.

💜 My sister Sarah — my partner in crime, my sounding board, my “tell me the truth even if it stings” person. The laughs, the tears, the eye-rolls… we’ve done it all.

And then there are my warriors… my incredible team of women around me.
You know who you are. The ones who lift, support, challenge, laugh, and occasionally send a perfectly timed voice note that feels like therapy in itself. You remind me daily that women are unstoppable when we stand shoulder to shoulder.

Working in hypnotherapy, I see something magical every single day…
Women walking into the room carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders… and walking out remembering who they really are.

Strong.
Capable.
Resilient.
Unapologetically powerful.

Positive thinking is like wearing sunglasses 🕶️ on a cloudy 🌥️ day
Sure, the sun might not be shining, but at least you look cool while you squint at life’s little challenges!

Changing your thinking 🧠
Imagine you’re stuck in traffic. Instead of fuming you could think, “Well, at least I have a great soundtrack on to enjoy for longer !” ✨

Or you spill coffee on your shirt right before a meeting, you could say, “Who needs a fancy outfit when I can rock the coffee-stained look? And anyway, I needed that coffee more than the clean top!”

Positive thinking is all about finding the silver lining in every cloud, even if that
means ‘pretending’ the cloud is actually made of cotton candy. Life may throw you lemons, 🍋 but with a positive attitude, you can always turn them into a refreshing lemonade... 💪or at least a hilarious story for your friends!

Being positive does not mean everything is
rainbows and unicorns...
more like when it’s raining “ looking for the rainbows and unicorns, well they do live in a great place (our imagination).
