I’m a hypnotherapist, a business owner, and a firm believer that life doesn’t have to be perfect to be wonderful.

I live with dyslexia (so if you spot a rogue typo — just roll with it 😉).
I’ve faced breast cancer and come out the other side stronger, braver, and with a whole new perspective on what really matters.
And I’ve built my own business helping others find calm, confidence, and a sense of themselves again.

Life has thrown me some challenges, but I like to think they’ve given me more empathy, more grit, and more reason to help others find their light too.
