Over the last few weeks I’ve been talking to practitioners from Wirral MHST, West Sussex (Thoughtful) MHST and West London MHST who are all currently delivering our Team of Life Resilience Programme in the schools they work with.

It's been great hearing about all the good work they have been doing, which led us to think of ways to create spaces to share good practice ideas. With this in mind we have created a new Team of Life Resilience page and Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/teamofliferesilience/
to complement the Team of Life pages and online course on our website. If you are interested in building social resilience with Team of Life please follow and share your experiences. Also please so share these pages with your network and help get the word out there.

Team of Life Update!
We've finished the process of moving our Team of Life Resilience Programme and Facilitator Training to our main site. The move is enabling us to reduce overheads so that we can make the programme and online course more affordable for practitioners and organisations.

🥁 📣 The The Institute of Narrative Therapy INT is now taking APPLICATIONS for the Manchester face to face and the online NARRATIVE supervision groups for the year starting September 2025 – details, including dates, are on the website. https://www.theint.co.uk/training/supervision/

The online groups will run on Mondays 12.00 – 14.30 and on Thursdays 9.30 – 12.00 (UK time) and there are limited places, so book yours now!

To be eligible, you need to have completed Level 1 training or equivalent in Narrative Therapy.

As awareness of mental health problems increases it seems more children and young people are identifying their emotions and experience as problematic. I’ve developed a social resilience programme based on Team of Life narrative approach. The problems young people face in their lives are viewed in the collective sense and rooted in local cultural experience. It does not invite children to think about problems in the first person and solutions are also explored collectively
