Hi everyone, some exciting news that our meal preps will be back really soon for you all to enjoy !
As some of you may know earlier this year I opened a sandwich shop in the heart of Prestwich village with my best friend. Now we our fully settled and in the swing of things we are delighted to soon be adding a meal prep service too. We hold a 5* food safety hygiene rating and are looking forward to bringing you clean healthy meals that are high in protein, low in fat whilst still allowing you to enjoy all your favourites made from scratch. All meals will as always come with full macros for tracking alongside a selection of healthy breakfast pots plus our much loved high protein cheesecake pots will be back.
