Mission
To teach children about healthy lifestyles that will help them develop into healthy and active adults. Description
Stretch-n-Grow is a pre- school exercise programme for children from the age of 12 months up to 8 years. The programme links to ‘The Early Years Foundation stage. The children not only exercise but they learn about the importance of exercise.
