Here is the other book review I wrote about Flowing Zen, by Anthony Korahais, in the Shiatsu Journal for the UK Shiatsu Society (UK). A great book for anyone interested in Qigong, whether as a student or a teacher.

I wanted to share a book review I have written of Stuart's Experiential Anatomy for the Shiatsu Journal of the Shiatsu Society (UK). A great book, which I am sure many Shiatsu practitioners and anyone interested in healing through bodywork will find useful.

Wonderful feedback received from a client earlier this week:

"Thank you for Monday. The last 2 days have been the most pain-free l have been in years. Plus my blood pressure is right down. I hope it continues. I'm looking forward to another session in November."

Have you got a shiatsu project, practice or event that you would like to share your reflections about?

I am one of the editors of the Shiatsu Journal and am starting to plan the Winter issue. The Shiatsu Journal is here to share information about our experiences related to shiatsu. I already have some articles lined up but have space for a couple more. I am particularly interested in hearing from people who would like to offer:
- book reviews - for both new and older books that you think will be useful for students and practitioners
- reflections about projects - particularly grassroots shiatsu, sharing shiatsu in minority settings, marginalised communities, people who don't usually get to hear about or experience the benefits of shiatsu
- canine shiatsu - what is your experience of offering shiatsu treatments to our four-legged friends?
- setting up a shiatsu practice - can you share your experience of making a livelihood from offering shiatsu? How did you start? Do you have any advice to share with those who are starting out?
- shiatsu and ageing - how can shiatsu benefit older people? How have you benefitted from your own shiatsu practice as you got older?
- shiatsu in development/ disaster settings - have you or do you know anyone who has offered shiatsu treatments or training in lower income countries and/or in contexts of humanitarian disasters?
- poems and artwork, also very welcome.

Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like to bounce off some ideas.
