Gym Jim UK - James Ashley, Fitness PT From South Africa to Manchester. I achieved my degree in Biochemistry and became a (EIF certified Level 4) Personal Trainer, with the purpose of helping people.

Whether is recovering from injuries, losing weight, gaining muscle, dieting and nutrition, or altogether changing their attitude and mindset for a better, happier and healthier lifestyle. My goal is to be the motivational force for the low moments and the proud force for achievements. I became a Personal Trainer at Puregym Exchange Quay in 2014, after working as a sports coach for three years prior. In these three years at Puregym, I have guided clients whom struggled with weigh-loss, confidence, injuries, and more, and watched them go from 0-100, and really make significant improvements in their lifestyle and health. For me, the best feeling in the world is witnessing the progress of my clients and seeing the changes they make in their lives, with the help of my support and guidance. πŸ’ͺ🏼 ALL PAIN NO GAIN? πŸ€” no definitely not the case, you have to work hard to get the right adaptations in your muscles but it shouldn’t be more than heavy, an effort and the joy of achievement. looking incredible here - seeing amazing transformation and he pushes through even when he’s not feeling his best! All you can ask for as a Personal Trainer from a client who wants more!

I may not be able to pull down a helicopter like Captain America but I’d like to think I’m working towards it with the Chin-up Pyramid sets....up to 7 was obtained today but it was a struggle πŸ™ˆ Building up the strength and muscle with week by week and I can’t believe the progress and difference I’m seeing over the past 4 months. Along with other aspects in life everything is building up nicely!
