Chicken was cooked in the air fryer, peppers were griddled.

I made the sauce you can see peeping through myself with zero fat Greek yoghurt, grated cucumber and some powdered garlic

Just over 200cals

If you had a greek flatbread with it from Aldi it would be more like 450 cals

I saw a video of a really nice looking meal but I was surprised by the calories, a few tweaks here and there and it’s a 500cal tea!

Mainly switched out full fat yoghurt to zero and reduced fat feta then I reduced the amount of rice he uses because we don’t need a bowlful.
