Ask yourself this and be honest…

Am i working as hard as i can in the gym? Am i increasing weights? Adding reps? Increasing speed or distance?

Am achieving what i set out to do? Or am i in the same place i was 3-6-9 months ago?

If your not challenging yourself the honest truth is you wont get the results you want but that doesn’t mean you can’t do it…

Its been a while since I last introduced to myself so heres a few things about me ☺️

1. I love pizza, pancakes and all things Kinder 😍🍕🥞

2. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 16 years and currently work as a personal trainer and online 💪

3. I love coffee starbucks is my second home 😍

4. My favourite workout is currently 😍🔥

5. I am scared of pigeons, seagulls and heights ( trafagular square and tough mudder are off limits 😂)

6. Im a pretty good dancer and a very bad singer 😂

7. I am the best cook in the house and my protein pancakes and protein cheesecakes are insane 😍

Meet My Amazing Client of the Year 💪👏🔥

Its amazing what you can achieve with 8 weeks consistency and showing up ticking boxes everyday!

Heres what my fantastic client has to say about her journey so far :

When i first signed up with kat honestly i wasn't sure what to expect. At the time i just wanted to tone up a little and lose a couple of extra lbs. I didn't expect to gain so much more.

Before meeting kat i would have never imagined i'd be where i am today. I remember the first day of my pt session with her i was so nervous just to walk into the gym and had major anxiety just driving there. Now a couple months on and most of my anxiety has gone not just with the gym but in other aspects of my life too, i've gained so much confidence through her sessions and have really started to find myself again.

She has honestly helped transform me more than just physically, my mental health has improved significantly in the few months we've been working together too. I am so greatful to her for everything she's helped me achieve.

If you had said to me 6 or 7 months ago i'd go from basic home workouts to 4/5 days a week weight lifting and running 3 times a week. I would have probably laughed at you.

She's always happy to help us and is such a friendly outgoing person. At the same time don't expect her to go easy on you in her sessions, i think the biggest thing she has taught me though is that your body is so much stronger than your mind lets you believe and her enthusiasm and encouragement know no bounds not just with me but with all her clients.
