🚩Struggling with constant tension?🚩
Client came in with tight hips, shoulder pain, and muscular imbalances that were starting to affect how her body was moving as a whole. After assessment we worked on releasing tension, improving mobility, and helping the body move with less discomfort and restriction.
It’s very common for pain and tightness not to stay in just one area - when the body starts compensating, other areas can quickly become overloaded too.
We’ve worked on this few months before, and it’s a good reminder that while treatment can make a big difference, long-term results also come from keeping up with rehab, improving posture, and managing everyday stress as much as possible.
If you want lasting results, the work in between sessions really matters too.
Have you been noticing tight hips, shoulder pain, or recurring tension in your own body?
