She carried a lamp but she was the light just like all those people who look after the welfare and health of others. Those who nurse others , whether any health professional or those behind the scenes , your light is a beacon that shines for miles. Thank you for the unconditional love you give to others

Sometimes even though you try to be grateful and be positive about life ,unpredictable events happen that rock your world. This could be a loved one getting hospitalised and your daily worry about their recovery . It could be the end of a marriage or relationship that you had no idea was going to happen. It could be being plunged into financial insecurity through loss of a job or low wages not being sufficient to cover the bills. You feel lost and in despair. If this is you please don’t suffer in silence. A way to plummet further into anxiety is not reaching out. Even though you can feel that no one can help or understand how you feel talking about it can help stop the chaos in your mind . Sometimes the situation will resolve but in those dire times help can be there in ways we can’t see through the pain . Please reach out to those who care . Life can be hard at times but in those hard times when we are tested we truly know the importance of what we have , those we care about and never to be complacent when things are going well. I hope that any one going through pain at the moment has a shoulder to lean on , a hand to hold , a person to listen and hope that everything will get better. Sending you all love ❤️

Sometimes we have good days and some days everything is so difficult. The bad days could be our mental health over whelming us. It could be our physical health being below par. It could be some nasty person trying to test our patience. It could be just wondering why we put so much effort into something to feel deflated. It’s ok to allow ourselves to be annoyed at life sometimes . It’s good to talk about our feelings especially when sad or low . Those who care about you will step forward with kind words, a hug . an ear to listen. They are like a meal to the hungry , petrol to the empty car , water to the dried out field. Life is about being tested at times. Hopefully our troubles are only temporary. Tomorrow is a new day with endless possibilities and dreams should never be dampened. You are amazing. When you were born everything was possible and you were just an acorn. Imagine how that acorn has grown and no matter what shackles tie you down in your darkness hour you as a tree can break them and sprout new leaves and grow and grow into the light . It's been a difficult 12 months for many of us (including myself). Whether we have been struggling with loss of loved ones or a disconnection from ourselves, in time we find a strength we thought at one time was impossible. When we stumble, fall or feel like giving up a hand will help us up. That hand may be a stranger offering kind words, a friend or family believing in us, our spiritual belief that we have purpose or a mixture of all. You are the integral strength in it all though. The fine line of not falling off that edge is ultimately your strength of self belief and your trust and love in yourself. You are amazing. You put the humane in being human. Continue to be the kindness you want others to show. May you all be strong when life is tough and may you all be loved even more 😊###
