Our Principals are:
• People with Learning Disabilities are at the centre of everything we do
PLEASE NOTE: we are able to offer support ONLY to ambulant adults who do not require a wheelchair and have independent personal care skills.
• We support people to be part of the local community and to be treated as equal to others
• We support people to have their say
• We work hard to ensure the service meets people’s needs
• We make sure that people with Learning Disabilities and their carers are fully involved with the planning and checking of our services
• We strive to employ a quality workforce

Kicking off the last week of November before everything gets all Christmassy (well we’ve seen lots of signs it’s on its way already of course!) 😉
Our Keystones friends enjoying our Tuesday morning relaxed art session & catching up on the weekend’s news at our cricket club base, followed after lunch by great inclusive sports activities with our friends at Better Things, walking cricket indoors & football outside - definitely a lovely start to the week 😊

Finishing a fab week of great accessible & inclusive activities for Keystones, with our weekly Friday ‘drop in’ to the Forum Café catching up with the super friendly staff there & to enjoy a drink with friends ☕️
Off then to Altrincham for Friday Ten Pin Bowling, followed by lunch, Pool & UNO with our friends from ‘Out & About’ at The Carter’s Arms in Sale Moor, where there’s always a lovely welcome from the wonderful bar staff for all our guys.
Have a brilliant weekend everyone, see you on Tuesday 😊

A lovely frosty start to a bustling Thursday with our Keystones friends, everyone definitely enjoyed a quick drink & catch up in The Coffeehouse before getting warmed up with a great adult gaming session at ‘Everyone Can’ followed by lunch & indoor inclusive sports & games at Altrincham FC’s Sports & Social session.

Wednesday’s Keystones friends enjoyed meeting up for a drink before a great Ten Pin Bowling session at Atlantic Bowl in Altrincham, some fantastic bowling - well done everyone 🎳
Back to our base at Wythenshawe cricket club for lunch & a fun afternoon of Nintendo Switch ‘Just Dance’ on the big screen or wordsearches for those that preferred - another fab day had by all 😊 🌟

Art & puzzles to start our Keystones week today at our cricket club base, always lovely to catch up over a hot drink & hear everyone’s weekend news ☕️
After lunch our weekly visit to Woodhouse Park’s Lifestyle Centre for inclusive sports, today’s outside football was abandoned due to heavy rain, so all joined up with all the guys from ‘Better Things’ for walking rounders indoors ⚾️

Meet & greet first at The Forum Café in Wythenshawe, Ten Pin Bowling in the VIP suite today at Atlantic Bowl in Altrincham, then lunch & a fab afternoon with our friends from Out & About, playing pool & UNO at the Carter’s Arms in Sale Moor.
A great day of fun & friendship & definitely not a traitor in sight!! 😉

Imagine the excitement of some of our Keystones friends this morning, finding our favourite coffee shop in Sale The Coffeehouse had sprinkled its Christmas sparkle with the Christmas tree up & staff sporting their festive jumpers! 🎄 it might seem a bit early for some but as Claire reminded us throughout the day “it’s just 6 weeks away!! 😧
Setting us up nicely for another great day of inclusive community involvement, first up gaming at Everyone Can, followed by lunch & indoor sports, puzzles & games at Altrincham FC’s Sports & Social afternoon - a fantastic day all round 🌟 😊

Keystones week up & running starting off today with our weekly relaxed art session, catching up on the weekend’s news with everyone at our cricket club base, where we all joined together to observe the national silence for Armistice Day 🌺
After lunch, it was off to meet up with lots of friends in our community at Woodhouse Park’s Lifestyle Centre, for inclusive, accessible sports with ‘Better Things’ 🌟
Indoors for walking netball & outside football - fab activities to kick start another busy week 😊

Another fantastic day of community engagement for our Thursday Keystones friends, meeting up with friends first at The Coffeehouse in Sale, where we always get such a lovely warm welcome each week ☕️
A great morning of accessible gaming with the awesome guys at Everyone Can, followed by lunch & a brilliant afternoon with the fab coaches at Altrincham FC In The Community’s Sports & Social session, where we congratulated them on their much deserved North West Football Award for promoting inclusion in sport via their Alty Ability Programme - well done everyone, a great day of fun & friendship 🌟
