To communities where malaria is common, your strength doesn’t go unnoticed.

This World Malaria Day, take prevention seriously:
Sleep under treated nets.
Use mosquito protection.
Seek treatment early.

Malaria is preventable and treatable.
Protect yourself. Seek treatment early. Don’t wait.

Sometimes, knowledge is not what people need most.

When someone is living with a chronic illness, they already carry enough information, routines, and pressure every single day. What makes the real difference is empathy.

Empathy can be a lot of different things. It can be listening without judging.
Asking, “How can I support you?” instead of assuming.
Empathy can be creating space for someone to be honest about how hard it can be.

Support is not always about having the right advice, but about showing up with understanding.

What do you think, is knowledge or empathy more important in supporting someone with a chronic illness?
