🌿 Spring Focus (Traditional Chinese Medicine): Liver & Gallbladder
In TCM, spring is connected to the Wood element, supporting growth, renewal, and forward movement. Our practice will gently target the liver and gallbladder meridians, helping release stored tension, frustration, and stagnation so your energy can flow freely into the new season.
Expect long, supported holds, calming candlelight, and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation to close.
