How are you doing?
Can you believe it’s the 22nd of the month already…I had a chat 💬 with a friend and I kept saying “end of the year” instead of “end of the month” 😜

Either I’m wishing the year away or it’s felt like a year already! 😂

How has the first 22 days of 2026 felt for you?

If you started the year with New Year’s resolution and haven’t quite managed it, I think the 🌑 moon has something to do with it…whatever we thought we wanted from 2026 might not want we need now.

⚠️ Research shows that 4-5% of women develop post-natal post-traumatic stress disorder after giving birth, equivalent to 30,000 women every year - and as many as one in three found some aspects of their birth experience traumatic.

• Peace and clarify of my own mind
• Persistence and continuity in my goals
• I trust that what’s meant for me is finding me at the right time.

3 things I’m leaving in 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣5️⃣ 🕊️
• Self-doubt and negative words when I’m try my best. 
• Procrastination and fear 😨 
• Energy that doesn’t serve me - note to self ‘choosing my authentic self.’

• Choosing my authentic self
• Staying disciplined, dedicated and devoted to my higher self.
