Won WPC WORLDS, beaten 3 worlds records in Masters and I was the strongest master lifter in entire World Championships

… but my goal was to get that first place TOTAL in UK 125kg Masters1, between all federations (WWW.POWERLIFTING.ORG)

Unfortunately was not competing with me last Thursday. I am sure he would have pushed me to the limits If he was there !

Instead , and .urbandiet created a really amazing atmosphere.

Long story short i miscslculated time for warm ups and my flight was 25people „looong” and i was at the very end of the flight. My last warm up went relatively easy (350kg) but then waiting 37 (thirty seven) minutes was too much and i cooled down. Ive lost sense of time completely waiting … perhaps because i was meditating - beyond time and space.

Anyway itbwas only 7 weeks preparation and i’ve gained experience and more strength, more courage to lift crazy weights in the future.

360kg bar haned by 66kg .urbandiet xx

2 more weeks of prep : Hopefully 370kg and 380kg will be heavy enough to touch my chest LOL. Then one more „deload” week to make sure I am not „overtrained” - deload wont be easy at all. Definitely 300kg plus but i will take it really easy on dips, nosecrushers and DB flyes even ….

Week later (5 days later there is a competition where i am aiming to hit 380/390/400kg)

We referred to since both of them are on way back to be strong again.

Also we have discussed matter of having „too much muscles” when you transfer from absolute ELITE level World Strongest Man to a fighter, which takes YEARS … we have referenced who was 5xW.S.M. who transferred to MMA () and it took him 15 years of patient work before he was widely recognized as elite fighter. Training-wise his biggest complaint is excessive muscle size. Sorry Bodybuilders, you must feel bad when reading this but thats how it is…

235kg bodyweight, ALL TIME BIGGEST IN U.K. in -110kg Masters1 (40-44 years old)

Well not only UK but also in Poland- beating my best friend from childhood .stankiewicz7 … AGAIN, HE IS ALSO ON TOP OF RANKING IN SQUATS

First comp in 110kg class since 2018 , I didn’t even know i broke 3 all-time British Records in Masters 110 class.

Bench press:
210 easy
225 slightly difficult - original plan was 240 in 3rd
235 easy (i was cautious here but it payed off)

WISDOM: „first comp in a while without sore elbows, it was good to do last heavy session bit lighter this time”
