The company went on to develop the home from 46 places to a 77 place home providing specialist dementia care through a Respite and Assessment unit, Day Centre, long term Residential and Nursing care along with a Dementia Outreach and General Home Care service. CareConcepts is a family run business owned by Martin Clark and his wife Paula. Cheryl Brelsford is the manager of the Home Care Service.

Our Home Care Services are tailored to help you do the things you want to do, not what others think you should do. We will visit you to let you tell us what would improve the quality of your life. This may be helping you to attend appointments, collecting prescriptions or shopping. We can also help you with your housework if you find that difficult. We can help you read and respond to letters that you receive other than those relating to financial or other personal issues. We still recognise the importance of a more traditional approach to home care. Providing all aspects of personal care whilst still promoting independence. Our staff are trained to deliver quality services, recognising dignity and treating everyone with respect.
