Is your workplace prepared? In Britain it is estimated that 555,000 workers sustained an injury whilst at work in 2017/18. The health and safety regulations 1981 require all employers to make arrangements to ensure their employees receive immediate attention if they are injured or taken ill at work. This includes appointing a suitable amount of first aiders and providing them with suitable first aid training. It’s not just a legal requirement though, it’s important for the safety of all members of staff!
