I wanted to share an upcoming yoga workshop happening locally in Lawford that you might love 💫

On Saturday 10th May, we're hosting Jo Betts – a wonderful Ashtanga Yoga teacher – for a 2-hour session at Yoga With Gipe Studios.

It’s called Ashtanga Yoga: Curiosity & Play, and it’s perfect for all levels – including complete beginners or anyone who’s curious about the practice but hasn’t known where to start.

🧘🏽‍♀️ The class will include a short pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation.

June 8th 3hours @ 9:30 - 12:30 First day (sitting, standing forward backwards, upside down and prone). £45.00 includes light lunch "you deserve it".

June 9th 2hours @ 9:30 - 11:30 Second day restorative and pranayama. £25.00 includes refreshments coffee and tea, a calm end to a calm practice.
