Mark your calendars! On 7th and 25th June, Emma from Hypopressives Essex & LIFE Acrobat is teaming up with Gipe from Yoga With Gipe to bring you two immersive hypopressives workshops at Gipe’s stunning countryside studio near Manningtree.

Whether you’re new to hypopressives or looking to deepen your practice, these workshops are designed for everyone. Each session lasts two hours, and the second workshop builds beautifully on the first so you can grow your skills and confidence in a supportive, peaceful environment.

I wanted to share an upcoming yoga workshop happening locally in Lawford that you might love 💫

On Saturday 10th May, we're hosting Jo Betts – a wonderful Ashtanga Yoga teacher – for a 2-hour session at Yoga With Gipe Studios.

It’s called Ashtanga Yoga: Curiosity & Play, and it’s perfect for all levels – including complete beginners or anyone who’s curious about the practice but hasn’t known where to start.

🧘🏽‍♀️ The class will include a short pranayama, meditation and deep relaxation.
