MediCard was founded when a family member went to hospital and was asked what medication they take on a regular basis. To find that they took 18 different tablets daily so there was no chance of remembering them all, without the dosages of each and every one. Therefore we printed them a card up with this information on it. We then started thinking, how many other people have this problem? This is

quite a common issue in many peoples lives and so we created MediCard. It doesn't just have your daily medication, it also has brief medical history, blood group, nhs number, date of birth and emergency contact. All of which will be useful in the case of an emergency to alert the emergency services of any conditions you may have and who to contact
