After 12 incredible years of adventures, laughter, and all kinds of beautiful chaos, we’re so ready to start this next chapter together. 🌟

We’re heading back to Tenerife, the place where our story first began, to celebrate our love in the most meaningful way. 🌺🌴 There’s something so perfect about coming full circle—going back to where it all started to say "I do" and begin this new journey as husband and wife.

🔹 Certainty: We all crave stability. It’s about feeling safe and knowing what’s coming next.

🔹 Uncertainty/Variety: Yet, we also seek surprises and new challenges. Life’s about balance!

🔹 Significance: Each of us wants to stand out, to feel valued and unique in some way.

🔹 Connection/Love: Nothing beats the feeling of a deep bond with someone, the joy of shared hearts.

These four form our everyday needs, the essentials that color our daily experiences.

And then there are the needs of the soul, those that elevate our spirit and fulfill our deeper purpose:

My bank holiday was spent with wonderful friends who remind me how rich life is when shared—proof that when your life aligns with these core needs, the universe truly delivers.

As I swung open the doors to my office after maternity leave, I carried a whirlwind of emotions. I worried about losing precious time with my little Lucas and not living up to the mom I envisioned. But let me tell you—this comeback has been nothing short of empowering and gloriously right! 💪✨

It feels like stepping into a sunlit room after a long, cozy night—refreshing and oh-so invigorating! ☀️ I re-launched my freelance course creation biz, and within a week—bam!—I landed two high value amazing clients! 🎉

This mama isn't just back; she's on fire! 🔥

Working smarter, not harder, is my new mantra. I spend less time grinding and more time giggling with my little one. 🍼 And those paychecks? They’re the sweet bonus to designing a life on my own terms. 💸

This wasn’t about luck; it was about stepping back, reassessing, and stepping up with a renewed belief in my worth. It's about stirring the pot with one hand and paying for a creating life in the other.

💾 You're gonna want to save this or****ic, last of the winter indulgences!

😋 Creamy pumpkin dal with roasted pumpkin seeds, walnuts & chilli.

I don't know what it is, but ever since noticing the little clues mother nature is dotting around that spring is on her way I've been craving the last if the cozy winter indulgences.

This delish wholesome dish of oh my goooooooodnees is no aception!

Ingredients

1 medium pumpkin or squash
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 medium red onion, diced small
6 brown mushrooms, chopped
4cm piece of ginger, grated
1/2 a fresh red chilli, finely chopped (less if you don’t like spice, or omit altogether)


Spice mix: 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, salt tsp curry powder, pinch cinnamon
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 can of brown lentils
1 can butter beans
500ml veg stock
Salt and pepper to taste
More water to achieve desired consistency

For the cream:
1/2 of the roasted pumpkin
30g raw unsalted cashew nuts, soaked in boiling water for 10 mins
1 roasted garlic bulb
Juice of one lemon
Splash of stock if needed, for blending

To serve:
Crispy salted pumkin seeds, crashed walnuts the pumpkins wedges, black pepper
