October is mental health awareness month. Sadly, we don’t always know the depths of someone’s depression until it is too late. 😥 May I please have even 1 friend or family member to copy and re-post? I am trying to demonstrate that someone is always listening.

Beware of this scam targeting people with dementia and their families. (Info obtained from local NHS)
A lady calls the family of a person with dementia stating that she has been speaking to their consultant and had access to their medical notes. She claim's to be from an academy offering a cure for Vascular dementia. She claims that the person could be cured by Vitamin E drops and that the family should purchase these to have their loved one back to their old self. She knows the name of the family member and appears to know details of their illness.
Please inform the police on 101 if you get any calls of this nature and always be careful when giving out your details or details of a loved one

It's international woman's day today! I work with and have worked with some wonderful and inspiring ladies. A 90 year old who can still touch her toes, a lady who've served her country in the forces and some younger ladies who have had to overcome some of the most difficult experiences. I've enjoyed working with them all and look forward to working with many more inspiring ladies in the years to come.
