Some days are lighter, some are heavier — and that’s okay. Be kind to your mind. 💚
It’s okay to not be okay. You’re not alone. 💚
As someone who has struggled with anxiety for many years now, I understand how mental health looks different on everyone. Some may look as though they have everything together and life is good, some may not be able to get out of bed, some people cry, some people laugh, some get angry.
We never know whats going on in someones life and how they may be feeling. So please be kind.💫
If you're someone struggling with their mental health, reach out, phone a friend, get out for a walk, and take some breaths.🌳
If someone reaches out to you today, just listen without judgement. Some don't need advice they just need that listening ear.
