🌿 Gentle & relatable:

I'm taking a moment to check in with myself today. Mental health matters — every day. 💚

Some days are lighter, some are heavier — and that’s okay. Be kind to your mind. 💚

It’s okay to not be okay. You’re not alone. 💚

As someone who has struggled with anxiety for many years now, I understand how mental health looks different on everyone. Some may look as though they have everything together and life is good, some may not be able to get out of bed, some people cry, some people laugh, some get angry.
We never know whats going on in someones life and how they may be feeling. So please be kind.💫

If you're someone struggling with their mental health, reach out, phone a friend, get out for a walk, and take some breaths.🌳

If someone reaches out to you today, just listen without judgement. Some don't need advice they just need that listening ear.

Always remember you're not alone 💚

If like me you are going through the transition of children leaving for Uni or to travel, please be gentle on yourself, at times it feels heavy, you feel lost and in the next breath feel strength from the pride you feel seeing them grow into amazing adults.

The quote above speaks volumes 🥹

A sentence that often comes up in the therapy room when I ask what has brought them to have counselling is....." I need you to fix me," but we can't fix it, but I can listen without judgement, make you feel heard, and offer you that safe space to do that.
