⭐️ Winner of the Customer Care Award. The Nottinghamshire Business Women Awards 2025 ⭐️
I feel incredibly grateful, and honestly still a little overwhelmed to be writing this.
When I first discovered I’d been nominated by my patients, I was sceptical. I never expected it, and I felt conflicted about whether the award was based purely on public voting. Because of that, I chose to withdraw from the public vote and remain only within the judged panel.
For me, public click-voting doesn’t always feel authentic or representative, particularly within my industry.
This award was decided by a judged panel, and knowing my business has been assessed and recognised by leaders across Nottinghamshire including Lord Lieutenant Professor Veronica Pickering makes this recognition incredibly meaningful.
It gives me such a warm feeling to be acknowledged for returning to work quickly after maternity leave and for transitioning from a high-street practice to a home clinic setup in such a short space of time.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last four years for fitting me into your monthly budgets, for your loyalty, and for trusting me with your healthcare needs.
