We're looking for carers to join us in Ripley, Belper and across Amber Valley.
The best bit about this job? You'll actually get to know the people you look after. You won't be rushing between strangers. You'll have a small team, the same clients each week, and enough time to do the job properly. That's what Outstanding care looks like.
We pay £14 an hour, 40p a mile, and we're upfront about it. No complicated pay scales, no surprises. Bank holidays are time and a half. Christmas Day is double.
Training is paid from day one. Three days to get you started, then your Care Certificate, RESTORE2 clinical observations, and an NVQ if you want to take your career further. We'll reimburse your DBS once you've settled in, and you'll get a Blue Light Card for discounts.
You won't wear a tunic. You'll wear your own clothes, because the people you visit aren't patients. They're people, in their own homes, and you're there to help them stay that way.
You'll never be sent to someone you haven't met. We introduce you first, every time. It matters.
Full time, part time, guaranteed hours or bank. We'll work it out with you.
You need a driving licence and your own car. Experience is welcome, but what matters more is that you're the kind of person who notices when someone's not quite themselves.
