Do you ever feel like you’ve been on a diet all your life 🤦‍♀️

Well I first joined Weight Watchers in 1979 and have been in WW and now SW groups ever since .

I can honestly say I have never felt so well or maintained my weight for so long as I am doing now.

Realizing healthy eating is just a way of life and that enjoying having the extra energy and zest for life is a side effect of that is something I’d craved all of my adult life.

Please don’t ever give up your health and weight loss dreams and come to group to be with like-minded people to get the support you need and know that there will never be any judgment.

So this week in group, we are talking about batch cooking and all the planning and preparing help helps us to stay in control.
It can be tough when we work full-time and come home to feed a family, so this week we can get lots of great ideas and support around this,
