Today for D-day we remembered those that sacrificed everything for our freedoms, with a good sing-a-long with LLP events with songs from 40's to 60's. This was followed by a beautiful afternoon tea. Thank you to all staff, residents and LPP Events for a great time.

This week was a good start to our Garden project. We purchased lots of colourful Plants for the borders and planters. 🌼

We have planted up some herbs in our herb garden 🥗

We were donated lots of strawberry and tomato plants to enjoy 🪴
Thank you to Hudsons Plant Centre Derby for you generous donation.

We now have a starting point.

COMING SHORTLY!!
The Beeches care home will be hosting a weekly COFFEE MORNING on a Wednesday each week at 10.30am. This helps support our residents socially and gives opportunity to have an informal catch-up and eat cake! We will confirm the first date soon.

Now that the warmer weather has arrived we are currently planting out our front Garden for all to enjoy. Our aim is to plant as much colour as possible, whilst having some space for outdoor activities to enjoy. We are also planning a wild life area to enjoy being part of.
If anyone would like to get involved in our team in achieving this over the next couple of weeks, then please get in touch. All donations are very welcome.

It has been 2 years since our last environmental health inspection where we were awarded a 5 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ food hygiene rating. We are proud to say that we have retained this rating in our latest inspection.
