Rise.Life Nottinghamshire & Derbyshire have been today to play a game of football ⚽ our residents had lots of fun and got a little competative. Always have a quiz to go with which sport we are playing on the day and it was great to see people shouting out the answers and reminiscing about old matches they remember watching.

Sometimes just taking 10 minutes out of your day to join residents in a game of bowling works wonders. Not everyone is always eager to participate but but when you throw some carers in the mix and they see others smiling and having fun it encourages people to join in. Group activities are a great social activity and games like bowling adds a light exercise too 🎳
