👋 Where did 2026 come from 🥴

My available slots are quite limited this month which is good for me as I'm booked up but maybe not for my regulars who need treatment!!

Sports massage 💆‍♀️ isn't just for athletes!!

The majority of clients I see are office workers with postural related muscle strains and dysfunction, whilst others range from people who weight train, run for leisure and sport, clients with anxiety causing related muscle tension, clients with past injuries whether sport related or not :) etc etc ....

Sometimes we don't know where to turn when we are in pain, If your unsure where to go with your pain pop me a message and I will do my best to help you , I offer sports massage, cupping therapy, accupunture, shoulder rehabilitation. If sports massage isn't a suitable treatment for you I can sign post you to other potentially suitable treatments with a network of recommended osteopaths, chiropractors etc that work locally
