The crisp air, the scent of fallen leaves, and the golden hour light that feels like a warm hug—autumn is a full-sensory experience.
This season, let's intentionally lean into it. Take a walk and really feel the crunch of leaves under your feet. Breathe in the earthy smell after a rain shower. Savor a mug of something warm and spicy. Notice the rich colors painting the trees.
Embracing autumn with all five senses helps us slow down and be present. It's a reminder that change can be beautiful and that there's magic in every moment, if we only take the time to notice.

Have you notice that we are our own best critic?

Your mind can be your own worst enemy. We have all listened to that little voice inside our head that says " I'm not good enough" " I'm crap and I will FAIL"
We have all heard our own thoughts going around and around our brains. It is called self doubt and we all do it. This voice can leave us feeling stuck, helpless.
However, what if I told you that your inner voice is not always true. What if those inner words are an old expression stuck in a loop. What if, actually they are just an old patten that needed updating.
You are not Crap, You are not Rubbish, You are CAPBIABLE, CONFIEDNT RESILLIANT AND CAPIABLE.
It is time to challenge those old beliefs, update the software and start to become your very own best friend. You deserve to speak to yourself with kindness, compassion and care.
So what positive thing can you say to yourself today to quieten that old critical voice ?
