If you choose Click & Collect you will need to collect your order from the collection point within Natural Dog Co 54 Victoria Street, Shirebrook Market Place, NG20 8AQ.

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm & Saturday 10.30am - 4pm. Please check on Google maps for special opening hours around Bank holidays.

Nature's Medic CBD is online only and we are based in an office at the back of Natural Dog Co. We have our own access and store room, our products are never in contact with any products from NDC however if you'd like to Collect in store please be aware that your order will be handed over at the NDC counter where there are pet products, there may also be Doggy visitors in store. If you'd prefer this not to happen please choose Royal Mail delivery at checkout.

** UPDATE **

We have almost reached the 6 month mark since we moved locations. Our family own Natural Dog Co and they moved from Mansfield Woodhouse to a much larger shop. We decided to move into a spare office that they had, move our business online and focus on offering the essential products that you need rather than a wide range of what we'd class as novelty products to fill the shelf spaces. We planned to have a review after 6 months and see if this decision worked for us. We have decided that actually this was the best decision. We no longer need to consider increasing our prices every time we face an increase or have the overheads from our shop. We no longer need to buy products to fill the shelves, whilst we always provided the best quality products we found that often they were overlooked and actually what you wanted were our base products, Oils, Gummies, Creams and Disposable Vapes. With the Disposable ban coming into force on the 1st June 2025 it means our range has now been condensed down to just 3 products.

We have decided to continue running our business from this location. We offer our products with Royal Mail delivery or Click & Collect in store and this has worked incredibly well.

Natural Dog Co are going from strength to strength and the business growth has been phenomenal with plans to expand in place too so they are happy to keep offering us this space which means we can continue to offer you the Oils, Gummies and Cream of the best quality without the price tag that you'll find elsewhere.

We wanted to thank every one of you for your support during this transition, it really does mean the world to us that you've continued to support during a change to our business.

I will post a shorter post after this giving specific details of where and how to shop with us as I appreciate this is a long post.

‼️‼️ Update

We’ve been super quiet on here recently and as lots of you’ll know we have now moved from the High Street.

We will reopen tomorrow and will be based within Natural Dog Co.. 54 Victoria Street, Shirebrook Market Place, NG20 8AQ

Things have changed a little, you can still get our incredible products we just ask that now you order them online and choose Collect from the address above or delivery.

We have made this move to reduce our overheads which will enable us to continue to offer our low prices, no one needs price increases and we did not want to have to pass on our suppliers increase to our loyal customers.

If you choose collect please be aware that you will be collecting within a Natural dog treat shop, all stock however is stored in a self contained storeroom away from all dog products.

There plenty of free parking around and a market 4 times a week if you like to browse for a bargain.

If you need any advice we are still on hand and on our website we have a free consultation booking form which you can use to schedule a phone call from us to discuss anything you need to.

Thanks for being patience whilst we completed this renovation and move.

We have officially Closed and are relocating. 🥳

We are moving onwards and upwards and we will continue to provide you with quality CBD products without the need to increase our prices inline with the price increases from our suppliers.
