World mental health day ❤️‍🩹 10/10
Honestly, I have seen the absolute darkest in clients and this brings me so much pleasure for what I do to help people around their emotional health to support their wellbeing and mental state.
I am always here for a talk, always helping to guide you, from my own personal experiences or to share/suggest what you might need as an option.
I can only hope that as a therapist, you can seek professional help. But what brings me so much joy is how you come back and know what your body needs.
1 thing that I will say, is when I’ve been in a low place myself, I won’t let you guys down, and I thank you so much for everything you’ve spoke to me about in the past
Sometimes it’s having honesty and realistic views and I love the value in that alone that we’ve got each other

1. What to expect from your treatment

2. What you will need to do prior and after your treatment

What a week! A fantastic treatment selection

What I’ve loved most is a few new clients I’ve started to get to know more about into their lifestyle.
Once I know where to prioritise, we can take the steps we need to and follow a plan of action what’s best for you.
Looking at the reason why you are looking specifically to connect back to self.

So that’s why it’s important to know what direction we’re going
