FEATHERS

I sent you a little white feather
I placed it right there in your way
I wrapped it in love with a message
to let you know you’ll be okay

I drew you a colourful rainbow
It followed your car for a while
I made a spectacular rainbow
I hoped it would show me your smile

I flew down a beautiful robin
It landed right there on your ledge
I prayed he would give you the strength
to push yourself back from the edge

I try every day to remind you
that I never did go away
the feathers, the rainbows, the robins
are my way of trying to stay.

Just as the waves wash the shore clean of yesterday's footprints, let self-love wash away past doubts and negative thoughts. 💛

Tip: As you stand in the shower imagine the water washing away bad energy. As you take a sip of water from a glass imagine you are drinking positive energy. There are so many little hidden gems to help you feel good 💛

Everyone Can Change

What are the secrets you try to hide
Do you still keep them locked inside
What are the choices that you make
Is it worth the risk you chose to take

You may try to forget all of the past
Deceit is something that can not last
Truth will always find a way to bare
In the end no-one will even care

Reputation and credibility just dies
Buried deep beneath all of your lies
A state of mind becomes confused
Only you will be the one who’ll loose

I now know your secrets and the lies
From your soul your heart still cries
This won’t define who you really are
Inside pure love brought you this far

Light emanating from you so bright
Clear to see an illuminating starlight
Attracting everything you transcend
Broken hearts you now seek to mend

Learning to embrace your truth told
Regained the soul once cheaply sold
Trying hard to now put things right
Internal fight with demons at night

Now I know you came through it all
Who said you can’t rise from a fall
With changed heart, mind and soul
I’m proud my friend to see you whole

As the years will continue to roll by
There’s no longer a need to still cry
You chose a path that offered to be
Spiritually aligned and guided by me
