Happy International Women’s Day!! 🌸✨

I am so lucky to know so many empowering women in my life. In my job I get to witness the strength and resilience mums have every single day — we truly are an incredible force. The love, determination, and courage that mothers show for their children never stops amazing me.

Last night’s award night was also a true testament to the power of women in our industry. So many incredible women who have built their businesses from the ground up while being CEO, director, instructor, social media manager, coffee maker, counsellor, friend, mother, wife — and all the other hats we wear daily.

Women supporting women is such a powerful thing. Today we celebrate the strength, resilience and passion that women bring to everything they do.

Here’s to strong women everywhere — may we know them, may we be them, may we raise them. 💜

Glam prep started last night and I’m officially getting ready for the Awards tonight! ✨🤎

A little reminder to all the mumma’s out there — self-care isn’t a necessity, it’s essential. We spend so much time looking after everyone else that it’s easy to forget about ourselves.

So this weekend, take a little time just for you. Whether that’s getting dressed up for a night out, running a bath, doing your skincare routine, or throwing on your comfiest PJs and curling up on the sofa to watch Bridgerton.

📚World Book Day! 📚
We had a wonderful morning at L.E.T’s Play & Learn celebrating world book day. Lots of story’s and play! We also created a special bookmark to treasure forever✨
We also had with a pop up stall selling books for half price!! I hope you have a lovely time reading together!

Huge thank you to anyone who bought a 50p book, all monies will be donated to support Breast Cancer Awareness and Research in support of my brave and beautiful sister 🩷🩷🩷
