Pain is complex and very different for each of us!

We may present with similar symptoms but we have all had a very different journey to get there and the road to recovery will look different from one person to the next too.

Pain is unique to the individual and you deserve to be listened to and treated according to your specific needs.

This is where my job becomes so much more than just sports massage at times. It’s a space to be heard, to explore your symptoms, devise a plan past your treatment and be in control of which way you want your pain journey to go.

We are on a huge campaign here at to replace the surface and shock pad on our pitch which is over 25 years old! We’ve begun writing bids, and now we’re launching a crowdfunding campaign to help us get to the £400k we need. Can you help? Can you spread the word? Just incase anyone is looking for a new challenge locally

🌲🌲 Take our usual Sherwood Pines looped event and make it BIGGER!🏃‍♂️💨

What happens when you take a Rasselbock Run, extend the route, add GPS trackers, put up a marquee and get a food truck? We'll that sounds like the BIG loop to me. A 10 mile loop around the heart of Sherwood Pines that you or a team can take on over and over to complete some seriously impressive distances. We'll also be removing the time cap, as long as you're there working towards your distance, we will be there too supporting you along the way.

There's no better place for us to host this event as something a little different as it's always a shame that our usual 5k route doesn't show off the south side of the pines, this really is a celebration of all of our many Sherwood events and we plan on putting our all into it as we always do!

~ Casual running for all runners with tougher challenge runs every now and then.
~ Nottingham Running events and forest trail runs.

Most of you know that I play hockey for North Notts who are based at Manor.
Before Covid we were preparing to have our pitch relayed as the shock pad had gone, the drainage needs replacing to prevent flooding and we now have moss growing underneath which is pulled up to the surface after a downpour making the pitch slippery.

However as Covid hit the funds were earmarked for other things (not by us as a club but the academy and community who needed the funds to deal with the fall out of the pandemic)

We have fought for a few years to get the Astro pitch back, we are now working on getting it ready for full community use, but we can’t do this alone.
