🏋️♀️ October Half Term – Keep Moving! 🍂
It’s October half term, which means some routines might look a little different – school runs are off, kids are home, and a few of you are heading away for a well-deserved break!
But even during the holidays, there are plenty of ways to keep moving and stay consistent with your wellbeing goals 👇
✅ Plan Ahead – Book your sessions early to secure your spot. Some class times may temporarily adjust if numbers are lower, so make sure you’re checking the WhatsApp group & app for any updates.
🏃♂️ Switch Up Your Schedule – If childcare is tricky, try coming in for a morning session instead of your usual evening slot or vice versa. A quick workout before the day starts can make all the difference!
💪 Open Gym Access – Members get access to the open gym during the day too! Perfect if the kids are at a holiday club or you’ve got a bit of time to yourself.
🧘♀️ Sessions Available – We have limited availability for sports massage, personal training and biomechanics coaching this week, so grab a slot while you can.
👧 Children Welcome – Kids are welcome in the gym while you train. We’ve got WiFi available, so feel free to bring their games or devices to keep them entertained — we just kindly ask that children don’t use the gym equipment for safety reasons unsupervised.
🌟 Consistency is Key – Even if your week looks a bit different, doing something active will help keep your momentum and energy up.
