Strong bodies, stronger mindset 💪
Our Wednesday 5:30pm Strength & Conditioning class expertly led by Judith. From start to finish, the focus was on building strength, improving form, and pushing past limits together.
To wrap things up, we tackled a tough finisher - a 2-minute plank hold 🔥 Not easy, but everyone showed determination and grit to get through it!
