One of the first things I check in every consultation…
Are you actually wearing SPF daily?

Because no matter how good your skincare or treatments are, if you’re not protecting your skin, you’re undoing the results.

Daily SPF helps to:
• Prevent premature ageing
• Reduce pigmentation
• Protect your skin health long-term

What to look for in a good SPF:
• Broad spectrum (UVA + UVB protection)
• SPF 30 minimum (ideally 50)
• Something you’ll actually wear every day

Consistency over everything — your future skin will thank you 🤍

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who came to INK & AURA to model for my ear piercing training and practice. Your support, patience and trust truly means the world to me while introducing this new service. 💛

It’s been lovely seeing all the different styles from simple elegant studs to beautiful stacked piercings and I’m so grateful to each of you who helped make this possible.

Grateful for this lovely little team (although we are missing lovely 😭 today) who care so much about what we do and the people we look after. It takes a lot behind the scenes to run a clinic, but having the right people around you makes all the difference.
