38 years ago today i passed my registered nurse qualification 💥💥💥

At that time i was accepted as a theatre nurse but fate took me down a different pathway and boy has it been one hell of a journey. So many twists and turns have been made during those years.

I have met some amazing people on my journey, made lots of friends and no doubt pi**ed a few off 🤦‍♀️

Would i do it again - definitely 💯

It has made me the person i am today, given me the knowledge and strength to own and manage my own business (along with the hubby).

So here's to a few more nurseversaries before retirement beckons and we can go galavanting around the globe in the Moho 🚐🚐🚐

This is why we will not treat you without conducting a consultation first .

Yesterday this lady attended the clinic for a consultation with regards to skincare treatments.

She has had this sore for about 3 months and assumed it was exzema, after a short discussion and explaining what this lesion could potentially be she agreed to a mole scan.

The pictures were sent to a dermatologist for review and within 24hrs the results came back.

As suspected this lesion was a Basal Cell Carcinoma, she can now take the results to her GP and get the correct treatment for this lesion.

Although not life threatening these lesions can grow and disfigure.

If you have a lesion that isn't clearing up , looks unsightly and growing, see your GP or get it scanned this could be the difference between treating with specialist creams or a scar.
